Any returned items must be unused, unmodified, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.   All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee unless defective.

If your item is defective, please email us so that we may troubleshoot the problem prior to return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number. Please contact us before returning an item to us to get the process started, and also to provide tracking information when possible.

Processing time for returns: Once received, returns are typically processed within 3 business days. Please allow some time for your credit card / bank to process the refund if it doesn't show up right away.

Return Period:  Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
